Over 25 years of expertise in manufacturing components for rolling stock
Specifically we are experts at cold/hot forging, cold drawing and heat treatment of high performance copper and copper alloys for diverse applications.
Our Processes
Heat Treatment
In order to achieve the desired properties, we have multiple furnaces with PID temperature controllers for precise temperature control and are well versed with solution annealing and precipitation hardening heat treatments for various copper alloys.
Cold Drawing
Our draw bench allows us to maintain the critical dimensional tolerances required for rotor bars and commutator segments.
Cold Rolling
We have a 2 HI cold rolling mill which allows us to reduce material wastage while increasing our manufacturing capability.
Open Die Forging
We have a 5 ton hydraulic hammer
Ring Rolling
The rolling mill allows us to reduce material wastage while maintaining precise dimensional tolerances.
Precision Machining
We have a battery of machines such as CNC turning, CNC Milling and various others that allow us to cater to most of our customers unique requirements.

How we support our clients
Help reduce their manufacturing time
Commutator Segments and Rotor Bars are made to close tolerances and consistent dimensions. The narrow band of dimensional variation ensures quick assembly of the Commutator and Rotor at our customers end.
Customisation
Our advanced capability to customize the properties of alloys allows us to meet specific client requirements. For instance, we successfully developed high tensile strength and high conductivity in UNS C15000 Copper Zirconium for the Indian Railways. This expertise ensures that our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
Quick Delivery
With our complete in-house manufacturing and testing facilities, we guarantee rapid production and delivery times. Our ability to produce our own tooling, fixtures, and dies streamlines the entire process, significantly reducing lead times and ensuring prompt fulfilment of
customer orders.
Our Quality
Certifications
Currently certified for ISO 9001:2015. We are in the process of implementing and getting certified for IRIS
Testing
We offer complete in house testing such as chemical composition, tensile strength, hardness and ultra sonic testing.
Traceability
Well designed quality systems and processes allow us to maintain traceability right from the melting heats to the final product being supplied to our customers.
Applications
Applications
Railway
Our precision drawn copper and copper alloy bars are engineered to meet the demanding operational and safety requirements of railway traction and auxiliary electrical systems.
