Specifically we are experts at cold/hot forging, cold drawing and heat treatment of high performance copper and copper alloys for diverse applications.

Our Processes

Heat Treatment

In order to achieve the desired properties, we have multiple furnaces with PID temperature controllers for precise temperature control and are well versed with solution annealing and precipitation hardening heat treatments for various copper alloys.

Cold Drawing

Our draw bench allows us to maintain the critical dimensional tolerances required for rotor bars and commutator segments.

Cold Rolling

We have a 2 HI cold rolling mill which allows us to reduce material wastage while increasing our manufacturing capability.
